InControlEQ® desktop application centralizes all equipment inventory and related activity in a convenient dashboard view. The dashboard view provides sortable reports with drill-down capabilities to access more detailed inventory and transaction information. Reports include inventory alerts, inventory totals, issue totals by sport, and more.
The system supports management of unlimited sports and areas within athletics. Inventory items, categories, and descriptions are customizable. Advanced reporting includes total inventory, athlete and staff issue reports, and system generated barcode reports.
Easily return or mass issue items to athletes or staff via the desktop application or ACSEquip mobile apps. The system offers flexible barcoding options including using system generated or manufacturer's barcodes. Use comment types and notes to provide additional documentation for compliance or auditing purposes.
The InControlEQ® desktop application provides a detailed transaction history for items, athletes, and staff. The transaction history is an audit trail of information including the type of transaction, notes, date/time of transaction, and individual who performed the activity. Reporting options are available for all item, athlete, and staff transactions.
